Super disappointed. I contacted the seller before buying this to ask if it would work for a thick ponytail. She assured me it would, but it wasn't even close to fitting. I asked for a deal buying something else, but she wanted this sent back first. It's just too much hassle so I will be disposing of the product. Decent enough quality, just super disappointed as I asked BEFORE buying it and it still didn't work.
