An ornate Broa style design on a semioval shield shape in a silver tone. This brooch has a closed loop at the bottom to attach a chain or other decorative charm.

Brooches were worn by both men and women in the Viking age and were most commonly made of bronze.

Material: zinc alloy - lighter and comfortable for hair or clothing wear. Not 316L stainless; chosen for weight and detail in hair accessories and brooches.
