Returns and exchanges
Please start every return or exchange online so we can approve it before anything ships back.
We happily accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Item must be in the original packaging
- Body jewelry cannot be returned for hygienic reasons
Shipping
Do not mail items back until you’ve started the return online and received return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable, unless we tell you otherwise in the return approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about approval or rejection. If approved, your refund is credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
