GrokApp End-User License Agreement

GrokApp is a private, internal software tool used only by the owner of Norse American Viking, Francine Waugh, to connect her own QuickBooks Online company to her own bookkeeping assistant.

  1. Private use only. GrokApp is not offered, sold or licensed to the public or to any other QuickBooks user. The only authorized user is the store owner.
  2. Provided as is. GrokApp is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
  3. Revoking access. The owner can revoke GrokApp's access at any time by disconnecting it from within QuickBooks Online (Settings > Apps / Connected apps).
  4. Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of GrokApp.
